Xbox Gold Games | January 2022

The new free games coming to the Xbox Gold lineup have been revealed and will be coming soon. By: Evan1Sonic. For anyone unaware, if you have a subscription to Xbox Gold (or Gamepass Ultimate), then for a limited time, you can get and download these games for free. They will only be unable to play if you don't have the subscription in the future, but if you leave and return, these games will be waiting for you. Now on with the games! 

NeuroVoider is a twin-stick shooter RPG game from Flying Oak Games. Defeat hostile robots with nuclear rocket launchers and destroy the master boss NeuroVoider (not to be confused with the game's name) in NeuroVoider. This game is available from January 1st to January 31st.

Aground is a Mining and Crafting RPG game from Fancy Fish Games and SnöBox Studio. Survive and find secrets in this 2D world. Aground is available from January 16th to February 15th.

Radiant Silvergun is a shoot 'em up game from Treasure. Originally released in Japan arcades in 1998 and then ported to the Sega Saturn (also in 1998) this is the first time it's been accessible out of Japan. Defeat aliens and survive in Radiant Silvergun. This game is available from January 1st to January 15th.

Space Invaders Infinity Gene is a shoot 'em up game from Taito. Space Invaders Infinity Gene is a version of Space Invaders with a twist. The game starts out looking like the classic arcade game but as you play it changes and evolves into something more beautiful. Space Invaders Infinity Gene is available from January 16th to January 31st.
