Nintendo Indie World News | December 2021

From Sea of Stars to Omori, here is everything shown at Nintendo Indie World in December 2021. All of the release dates here are only for the Nintendo Switch.

Games Shown:

Sea of Stars is a pixelated turn-based RPG game from the team behind The Messenger. Travel through various locations by walking, climbing, and even swimming. This prequel to The Messenger is coming in the Holiday season of 2022.

Aliisha - The Oblivion of Twin Goddesses is a puzzle adventure game from the team at Underscore. You play as one of two sisters, each of which has their own control scheme. One uses motion controls, and the other uses button controls. Traverse in temples with your sister when this game releases in Spring 2022. 

Loco Motive is a point-and-click comedy adventure from Robust Games. Set on an old-fashioned train, you take control of three different characters, a lawyer, a detective, and an undercover spy, as you try to find out who killed one of the passengers. Clear your name when Loco Motive launches in Summer 2022.

After Love EP is a visual novel, rhythm, dating sim game with a hand-drawn art style from the team at Pikselnesia. You play as Rama, a musician whose girlfriend recently passed away. Play on your guitar, meet new people and find out what life is like after loss. After Love EP releases in Summer 2022.

Dungeon Munchies is a side-scrolling action RPG game from maJAJa. Hunt down creatures, cook them and consume dishes to get abilities. Dungeon Munchies launched on December 15th, 2021.

Figment 2: Creed Valley is a puzzle action-adventure game from the team at Bedtime Digital Games. The game is set in the human mind. Solve puzzles and destroy nightmares when Figment 2: Creed Valley releases in February 2022.

Let's Play! Oink Games is a collection of board games by Oink Games. You can play the games both online and offline with friends. More games will be coming soon. Let's Play! Oink Games launched on December 15th, 2021.

Endling: Extinction is Forever is a side-scrolling adventure survival game from Herobeat Studios. You control one of the last foxes in this post-apocalyptic world. You must keep your three baby foxes safe. Hunt other animals and teach your cubs to survive when Endling: Extinction is Forever releases in Spring 2022.

River City Girls 2 is the sequel to the beat-em-up River City Girls. You can play as one of six brawlers, with each one having a different fighting style. Beat your enemies into the ground and save the city when River City Girls 2 launches in Summer 2022. 

Omori is an RPG, psychological Horror adventure game from Omocat, LLC. The game features soft colors and hand-drawn ascetics. Go on a journey between two worlds when Omori releases in Spring 2022.
