The new Xbox Gold games for October 2021

The new free games coming to the Xbox Gold lineup have just been unveiled. For anyone unaware, if you are subscribed to Xbox Gold (or Gamepass Ultimate) then for a limited time you are able to get and download these games for free. They will only be unable for you to play if you are not subscribed to the service in the future, but if you leave and return to the service these games will be waiting for you. On with the games! Starting with Aaero. This game is focused on bright and colorful visuals and incredible music and from what I’ve seen of the game it accomplishes that. This game is available from Oct. 1st to Oct. 30th. Next up is Hover. Hover is a 3D Open-world game where a resistance group fights the evil laws and corporations in their world. While I don’t know very much about this game I think it looks like a fun game. Hover is available from Oct. 16th to Nov. 15th. The next game is Castlevania: Harmony of Despair. Castlevania: Harmony of Despair is an adventure platformer game where you take on Dracula. With up to six player co-op this game looks like a blast both with and without friends. It’s available from Oct. 1st to Oct. 15th. For the last game we have Resident Evil Code: Veronica X. Find your missing brother while surviving the zombie hoard. If your looking for a scary game then this is for you. Resident Evil Code: Veronica X is available from Oct. 16th to Oct. 31st. I recommend you if nothing else look more in depth into these games as they are free this month. These are all the new games coming to Xbox Gold.

Xbox 20th Anniversary Celebration News Here is everything new shown at Xbox's 20th Anniversary Celebration.  Power On The Story of Xbox is a six-part documentary series about the twenty-year history of Xbox from  the team that lived it. It's c oming out on December 13th, 2021.  More backward-compatible Games  More than seventy Xbox 360 and Xbox OG games will now be available to play natively on Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, and Xbox Series S/X.
