The Xbox Series X Mini Fridge Is Real 

What started as a meme is now a real product being sold. When the Xbox Series X console was announced a lot of people pointed to how it looks similar to a fridge. Microsoft embraced this gag making a full-size fridge for Snoop Dogg and iJustine. A later partnership with ZOA (energy drink company) had a giveaway for one lucky fan to win an Xbox Series X mini-fridge. Now in a partnership with Ukonic! Microsoft is manufacturing mini-fridges that look like the Xbox Series X.

These mini fridges will come with a DC power adapter so you can use the fridge on the go. The fridges will have the ability to light up both where the Xbox logo is and on top of the fridge. They will also have a USB port in the front of the fridge for charging anything from a smartphone to an Xbox controller. The fridge itself can hold 12 cans of your favorite (or least favorite) beverages and has two shelves in the door for your snacks. 

The fridges will go on pre-sale on October 19th, 2021, and will arrive at multiple retailers globally in December 2021. In the first wave of production the fridges will be available at Target and on Target.com for $99.99, Microsoft’s exclusive retailer in the US. Canadiens will be able to purchase directly from the Xbox Gear Shop as part of their first wave of deliveries in December. More pre-order details for Canada coming very soon. If you are in Europe the fridges will be available from GAME in the UK (£89.99); and if you are in France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Netherlands, and Poland you can grab your own at Game Stop EU (€99.00), Micromania (€99.00) or Toynk (via Amazon). Microsoft says that their working to bring the mini-fridge to as many people as possible and will continue to expand regional availability in 2022, pending regulatory approvals and restrictions by market.
