Sora comes to Smash Ultimate

Sora is the final fighter coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate 

Sora from Kingdom Hearts is coming to Smash, as detailed in the final Sakurai Presents. Sora was the most requested fighter to come to Super Smash Bros. This information comes from a survey Nintendo sent out to Smash fans. Sora will be available to purchase individually on Oct. 18th for $5.99 or as a part of the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Fighters Pass Vol. 2 for $29.99. 3 Mii character costumes were also shown. The first one is an Octoling wig, the second one is a Judd hat both of these are from the Splatoon series. The final Mii costume is the Doom Slayer from the Doom series. All of these costumes will also be available to purchase on Oct. 18th for $0.75 each. 

You will have 8 outfits to choose from when you play as Sora, including outfits from all 3 mainline Kingdom Hearts games. I’m not a Smash expert so I’m not going to try to detail his moves but if your interested in that the whole Sakurai Presents will be linked in the description for your convenience.

The new stage coming to Smash with Sora is Hollow Bastion. Once time runs low or you are on your last lives of the Stock mode, the stage transforms into the Dive to the Heart version with a dark area with a stained glass backdrop featuring some of the characters.

Along with 9 songs from the Kingdom Hearts series coming, if you have save data from Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory you’ll also receive the song Dearly Beloved -Swing Version- in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a bonus.
