Nintendo Direct News Part 1

Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak New story, locations, and monsters are coming to Monster Hunter Rise in a new paid DLC called Sunbreak. It’s coming to Switch sometime in the summer of 2022.

Mario Party Superstars Got a new trailer showcasing the new boards: Woody Woods, Yoshi's Tropical Island, and Horror Land. A new mini-game-only mode called Mt. mini-games was also shown. Mario Party Superstars is coming to Switch on Oct. 29th.

Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars In the new card-based adventure from the minds of Yoko Taro and Yosuke Saito, you set off with a quiet monster and a witch to slay a fearsome dragon. This new Tabletop RPG game comes to Switch on October 28th.

Disco Elysium The Final Cut The wonderful Disco Elysium The Final Cut is finally coming to Switch digitally on Oct. 12 while a physical version is coming sometime in early 2022.

Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity Expansion Pass New story, Stages, and playable characters are coming to Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity in wave 2 of the paid DLC. Wave 2 of the Expansion pass is coming to Switch on October 29th.

Chocobo GP A new kart racing game is shown where you can race as your favorite Final Fantasy characters including, Chocobo and Gilgamesh. I hate to say it but it just looks like the Mario Kart games. Chocobo GP is coming to Switch sometime in 2022.

The Final Sakurai Presents The last fighter for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be unveiled in the final Mr. Sakurai presents video coming on Oct. 5th at 7:00 am PT and 10:00 am ET.

Kirby and the forgotten land In a new adventure starring the cute Kirby you can fully move around in a 3D world. This game seems to be the reinvention this series deserves. We'll get to play this new Kirby game sometime in Spring 2022 on Switch.

Animal Crossing New Horizons Direct Animal Crossing New Horizons is having a Direct in October detailing new content coming to the game in November, including an update to the museum.

Mario Golf Super rush The second free update for Mario Golf Super rush includes the new playable characters Koopa Trooper, and Ninji and also two new courses. This free update will be available to download later today. 

Disney Magical World 2 Enchanted Edition You're invited to live in a magical world with Disney characters. All DLC from the original game is included in this enchanted edition. Coming to Switch this Holiday.

Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic The original KOTOR in which you get to chose between the light side and the dark side is coming to Switch on Nov. 11.

Dying Light 2 Stay Human Cloud Version Dying Light 2 got a new trailer showcasing the cloud version of the game. It's coming to Switch on Feb. 4, 2022.   

Dying Light: Platinum Edition Dying Light: Platinum Edition the first game in the Dying Light series is coming to Switch on Oct. 19th.

Project Triangle Strategy The beautiful strategy game by Square Enix and the spinoff of Octopath Traveler got a new trailer, showcasing the improvements made to the game based on the demo feedback. It's coming to Nintendo Switch on March 4th, 2022. 

Metroid Dread Got a new trailer showcasing many of Samus's new powers and enemies. The new trailer also showcases some of the new locations Samus will have to travel through on her mission. Metroid Dread is coming to Switch on Oct. 8th.

Xbox 20th Anniversary Celebration News Here is everything new shown at Xbox's 20th Anniversary Celebration.  Power On The Story of Xbox is a six-part documentary series about the twenty-year history of Xbox from  the team that lived it. It's c oming out on December 13th, 2021.  More backward-compatible Games  More than seventy Xbox 360 and Xbox OG games will now be available to play natively on Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, and Xbox Series S/X. Some of the cast includes Pablo Schreiber as Master Chief, Natascha McElhone as Dr. Catherine, and Jen Taylor as Cortana. It's c oming to   Paramount + in 2022. Halo Infinite Multiplayer. Halo Infinite's Multiplayer got a new trailer showcasing it is available now. The campaign for Halo Infinite will launch on December 8th, 2021.
